1. Scope of These Terms
HasnFxz™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Yunxi Trading Co., Ltd.. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through hasnfxz.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to these Terms together with the other policies made available on the website.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and pricing accurately.
Product appearance or color may differ slightly because of lighting, display settings, or normal manufacturing variation. We may correct genuine errors or update product information where necessary.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, or legal restrictions.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payment
Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
By supplying payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For U.S. deliveries, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions, and the correct return warehouse address.
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase whenever possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation has begun.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may contain eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or other clearly communicated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
8. Personal Use and Prohibited Activity
Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, improper use of promotions, interference with website or checkout systems, or other unlawful activity is prohibited.
9. Liability and Consumer Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HasnFxz™ and Shenzhen Yunxi Trading Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, an order, or a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Unless otherwise required by law, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
